These versions are updated to 2026 standards, using "Healing Yourself" language and the "Document-First" minor verification.

BLACK SUN HEALING: USER TERMS OF SERVICE

1. NON-CLINICAL STATUS: This App provides educational tools and proprietary methods for healing yourself; it is not medical treatment. No therapist-client or doctor-patient relationship is formed. 

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: You acknowledge that healing yourself is a deep emotional process. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with these methods. 

3. EXPLICIT MODE: By toggling "Explicit Mode" to ON, you provide informed consent to view raw language and profane humor designed for an individualized experience. You waive claims of emotional distress. 

4. INDEPENDENT PRACTITIONERS: Healers are independent contractors. The App Creator does not verify licenses. Any dispute is strictly between you and the Healer. 

5. MINOR ACCESS: Users under 18 are "Locked" until a Parental Consent Document is uploaded and reviewed by a practitioner. 

6. ARBITRATION: You waive your right to a jury trial or class-action lawsuit. All disputes will be settled via private binding arbitration.

BLACK SUN HEALING: CONSUMER HEALTH DATA PRIVACY POLICY

1. COLLECTION: We collect self-reported healing scores only. We also collect uploaded consent documents for minors.

2. ANONYMITY: Before scores are shared with the community, we strip your Name and Email. All information is anonymous.

3. PURGE POLICY: If you delete your account, all data and uploaded documents are permanently erased within 30 days. 

4. NO SELLING: We do not sell your health data to third-party advertisers.

PRACTITIONER TERMS OF SERVICE

1. INDEPENDENT STATUS: You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You provide your own insurance and professional conduct. 

2. MINOR GATE MANDATE: You assume 100% legal liability for verifying minors. You must review the uploaded Parental Consent Document before booking any session. 

3. LICENSE REPRESENTATION: You accept all legal repercussions for misrepresenting your credentials. You agree to present your services as non-clinical "Holistic Coaching" or other title if you are not professionally licensed.

4. INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to pay all legal fees for the App Creator if your conduct results in a lawsuit.
