What To Expect
This page is here to make the process clear, structured, and easy to step into.
This work is focused on creating real, measurable change—not just understanding.
Everything we do is designed to ensure that progress is clear, consistent, and actually producing results.
The Process
Change is built through a structured process that makes progress measurable and repeatable.
You can expect:
-
Clear goals — what we’re working on and why
-
A defined plan — how we approach your specific patterns
-
Practical tools — what you’ll use between sessions to create change
-
Progress tracking — how we measure whether it’s working
Before Your First Session
You don’t need everything figured out, but coming with a list of what you want to change helps us start faster.
Helpful things to bring:
-
Your top problem areas
-
What you want to be different
-
What you react negatively to
-
Common negative thoughts, even a thought that pops up occasionally indicates something to work on
You do not need to prepare:
You don’t need a full history, perfect wording, or a diagnosis. If you're unsure where to start, we'll clarify it together.
Assessments:
All clients take an assessment for each session.
We recommend taking the assessment before your session so that you have the maximum time to work on your goals. If you don't take it beforehand, we'll complete it in the session.
The purpose of the assessment:
-
Measures whether you're improving
-
Identifies which methods work best for you
-
Contributes data towards an efficacy-based healer directory - so results are transparent, not assumed
Psychological Foundations Course
This course moves you from basic understanding to psychological mastery. It builds the foundational understanding required to change your psychology—without it, you're working without knowing what you're doing or why you're doing it. It covers the core concepts we apply in session.
You will be going through the Psychological Foundations course as part of this process. Starting it before your first session simply gives you a head start.
The First Session
The first session is focused on creating clarity, direction, and immediate progress.
Step 1: Identify Patterns
We get specific about what’s happening—emotionally, behaviorally, and situationally. The goal is not general understanding, but identifying the patterns that are actually driving your reactions.
Step 2: Set A Clear Priority
We focus on one target at a time. This ensures the work is directed and effective, rather than scattered across multiple issues.
Step 3: Apply A Method
You’ll learn and apply a method during the session. This is not just explanation—you’ll begin changing the pattern in real time.
Step 4: Build Continuity
You’ll leave with:
-
A clear focus
-
Specific next steps
-
Tools to apply between sessions
-
A structured direction moving forward
After Sessions
Most clients leave sessions with:
-
Noticeable shifts in emotional response
-
Clarity of what was driving the pattern
-
A defined direction for what to do next
-
Tools they can apply immediately
In some cases, you may feel mentally or physically fatigued after a session. This is a result of focused emotional processing and usually resolves within a few hours to a few days.
This is not passive conversation. It is active work designed to create changes you can observe in how you think, feel, and respond in daily life.
Between Sessions
Change happens through application.
Between sessions, you’ll use:
-
Tools tailored to your specific patterns
-
Guided readings or app-based tracks
-
Reflection prompts
-
Practical exercises
The goal is consistency. Small, accurate applications over time create meaningful change.

Quick FAQ
“What if I don’t know what my problem is?”
That’s common. We’ll identify it together and make it clear and actionable.
“Do I have to talk about everything that happened to me?”
No. We focus only on what is relevant to creating change. Details are used when they are useful—not by default.
“How long does this take?”
Most people notice change quickly. Deeper patterns may take more time and repetition. You’ll always know what we’re working on and why.
“Will I be given tools I can use on my own?”
Yes. The goal is to build the skills and understanding needed to apply this work independently over time.
