Past Life Regression
Past Life Regression is placed sixth because it is the least reliable of all the methods in terms of targeted healing. Past Life Regression gives you what you need, which is rarely what you think it's going to be. I haven't yet used past life regression with a client as the sole means of healing, usually it's been supplementary, so I also can't speak to its efficacy besides what I've read such as Many Lives Many Masters by Dr. Brian Weiss, a psychiatrist who treated a severe client with nothing but past life regression. Regardless, most people who have tried it have gotten something beneficial out of it, probably 70-80%.

How It Works

Past Life Regression operates under the assumption that souls are eternal and we have all lived past lives. Furthermore it states that sometimes experiences from past lives influence our current life time and by doing Past Life Regression, those experiences can be released resulting in improved functioning. Past Life Regression is a meditation in which the client is taken to three past lives, exploring three pivotal moments in each lifetime and the death in order to gain insight and lessons relevant to the present. You don't have to believe in past lives in order for this to work, you just have to be open-minded enough to try. You can read more about scientific research on past lives as well as how to do it on your own on my blog here.
