Books
There are a ton of amazing books out there and I'd like to help people find the ones that I've found most beneficial. This is not your list of traditional self-help books, this is a list of books I consider to be life-changing.

Intimacy and Desire by David Schnarch - Addressing the concept of differentiation, a theory on how to develop emotional maturity, Schnarch brilliantly describes the necessity of taking accountability for oneself and shows how it's the only way to both heal yourself and help heal the relationships you care most about.

Think Again by Adam Grant - A book replete with important psychological concepts, Adam West outlines how rethinking what we think we know leads to both personal and financial success.

Being Wrong by Kathryn Shultz - Kathryn explores the psychology behind being wrong and how we are wrong much more often than we realize, and that's okay! In fact, it's a good thing.

Daring Greatly by Brene Brown - Brene Brown takes the concept of vulnerability and shows you how its irreplaceable if you desire to be happy.

The Anatomy of Peace by The Arbinger Institute - The book expertly describes how our own self betrayal leads to justification, judgmentality, and unhappiness.

Conversations with God by Neale Walsch - The most beautiful depiction of God I've ever read. Not only may it redefine your perspective of what God may be like, but it may also open your eyes to what unconditional love actually looks like.
Podcasts/ Media
There are a lot of smart people who have dedicated their lives to the sharing of important and life-changing information. I will be creating a running list of those I find most impactful.

Philosophize This by Stephen West - Philosophy is all about the love of wisdom (literally what it means), the wisdom of challenging what we believe in order to find truth. Brilliant and funny, Stephen takes complex philosophical concepts and makes them easily digestible.

The Telepathy Tapes - If you want to challenge your paradigm about reality, this is a great place to start.

I have an instagram for quotes that I think have the potential to change people here.
Blog
In an effort to disseminate information to my clients that I find important I've started a blog. The blog contains many topics including healing techniques, psychological concepts, summaries of books so that you can read the most important concepts without having to spend hours reading, and existential writings as the topic greatly interests me. I recommend fully reading any book that's concepts you find meaningful or interesting, some information is lost in translation.
